What started as late-night recipe tinkering in a Bangor kitchen became a weekly ritual for friends and neighbours: “Text when the next batch is out!” Those texts turned into a simple idea—freshly baked cookies, pre-ordered online, collected warm at specific times. No guesswork. No leftovers. Just perfectly timed treats.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m the hands behind the dough, the one peeking into the oven, and the person who hands you your box at the door. I care about texture and balance: crisp edges, soft centres, generous pockets of chocolate, and flavours that feel a little special without being fussy. Everything is baked in small batches so quality never slips.
Baking to schedule keeps each box peak-fresh and cuts waste. It also lets us stay intentionally small—close to our community and focused on craft.
