- Once an order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for collection at the pickup time selected during checkout.
- Collections are made from our home address, which is shared upon order confirmation. Customers should arrive at the agreed time so that products can be collected at their best.

- All cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that handles a range of ingredients, including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
- We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or traces of specific ingredients.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with consuming products prepared in this environment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- As products are baked to order, cancellations and refunds are not generally available once an order has been confirmed.
- If an issue arises due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will review the matter and seek to resolve it appropriately.

- Peckish accepts no liability for allergic reactions, illness, or other adverse effects arising from the consumption of our products.
- All products are purchased and consumed at the customer’s own risk.

6. Home-Based Business
- Please note that Peckish operates from a private residential address.
- Customers are asked to respect neighbouring properties and to avoid arriving significantly early or late for collection.
